PCV|VRM Seeds of Hope provides direct community involvement by partnering with other volunteers, agencies and community-based organizations to affect positive change directly within the communities it serves. As a non-profit public benefit corporation, PCV|VRM Seeds of Hope is committed to bringing value, services and education to improve and enrich the lives of families who face the challenges of inner city blight, neglect, and homelessness.
