Fair Lending Statement

VRM Lending LLC is committed to compliance with all laws and regulations pertaining to information relative to those persons and entities who are customers and potential customers. To that end, VRM Lending LLC is committed to complying with the Fair Housing Act, 42 USC 3601 et seq., and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (“ECOA”) which prohibits discrimination in home mortgage loans, home improvement loans, and other residential credit transactions, based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status or disability.

The Department of Housing and Urban Development has issued regulations under the Fair Housing Act, including regulations addressing fair lending issues, 24 C.F.R. Part 100, Subpart C. VRM Lending LLC addresses these issues in a corporate Fair Lending Policy. VRM Lending LLC management believes it is imperative that it identify and understand the level of risk faced by the company in order for the institution to allocate resources, implement safeguards, and develop additional policies, procedures, and processes in response to these risks.
